Ingredients

  • दही – 2 कप
  • शक्कर -1/2 टीस्पून
  • जीरा -1/2 टीस्पून
  • नमक -स्वादानुसार
  • लाल मिर्ची -1/2 टीस्पून
  • तेल -1/2 टीस्पून
  • राई -1/2 टीस्पून

Instructions

  1. लौकी को कीस कर 1 सिटी आने तक कुकर में पकए |
  2. • लौकी को हाथो से दबा कर सारा पानी निकाल दे ,दही को अच्छे से मिलाये |
  3. • दही में नमक ,शक्कर ,लाल मिर्ची डाल कर लौकी डाले |
  4. • एक पैन में तेल डाल कर उसमे राई ,जीरा डाले और भगार को दही में डाले |
  5. • सर्वे करे
