jeera hing aloo recipe in Hindi

Ingredients

  • आलू उबले हुए -4
  • हरी मिर्ची -3 (बारीक काटी हुई )
  • राई -1/2 टीस्पून
  • हींग - ½ टीस्पून
  • जीरा - 1 टीस्पून
  • हल्दी - ½ टीस्पून
  • धनिया पाउडर - 1 टीस्पून
  • हरा धनिया – 1 टीस्पून
  • नमक – स्वादानुसार
  • तेल – 2 टेबलस्पून

Instructions

  1. • उबले हुए आलू को काट ले , एक कड़ाही में तेल डाल कर गरम करे ,हींग डाले ,उसमे राई डाल कर चटकने दे |
  2. • जीरा , हरी मिर्ची डाले ,आलू डाले साथ में हल्दी ,नमक ,धनिया पाउडर डाले और 4,5 मिनट भुने |
  3. • हरे धनिये से सजा कर पूरी के साथ सर्वे करे |
